1 package of angel hair cabbage shreds 1 cup of Vegenaise (vegan mayonaise) 2 T. apple cider vinegar, preferably Braggs 1/2 t. organic sugar-optional 1 t. onion powder 1 t. celery salt In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors combine maximally. Add to sandwiches or eat alone. If you cannot find the angel hair cabbage shreds, you can shred your own cabbage in a food processor, on a mandoline, or using a knife. But if you can find it, take a short cut when you can!! |
