1/2 c. natural smooth peanut butter (not JIFF!)(organic if possible)

1/4 c. filtered water

3 T. organic tamari

1 t. minced fresh ginger

2 t. light brown sugar

1 T. fresh lime juice

1 T. rice vinegar (plain or seasoned, if you prefer it sweeter)

1 1/2 t. Thai chili paste

Combine all the ingredients with hand blender or in blender until smooth. If you prefer a thinner sauce, blend in more water a teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired thickness. I prefer it a bit on the thicker side so it will stick better. Refrigerate until ready to use.
