1 package graham crackers 1/4 c. Earth Balance margarine Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush the crackers w/a rolling pin in a freezer (they are heavier weight plastic) ziploc baggie. Once totally crushed, melt margarine in microwave, and pour straight into plastic baggie w/graham cracker crumbs. Mush together with your hands, and pour into pie plate. Press crumbs against the side of the pie plate evenly, until all surfaces are covered. Bake for 8-10 minutes. (Alternatively, you can use your food processor to crush the graham crackers, then finish mixing the rest in a bowl.) Yield: 1 pie shell |
